Returns Policy
I want you to be able to buy in confidence and be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return a painting you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund for the price of the product. Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is damaged or faulty. Items received that are damaged or faulty in any way must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Prior to returning items please email me at karenfwallis@gmail.com for authorisation . Please include your Order Number, full name, details of the product you wish to return and a brief description of the reason for the return.

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your request giving you instructions on how to proceed.

On receipt of your returned order and provided the goods are in perfect condition we will issue a refund. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days.

Goods must be returned in resalable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging

Please note that returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely receive back.For this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service. We recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. A claim cannot be considered if returned goods are sent untracked and are lost or damaged in transit.
